9. Purchasing Products
All purchases are invitations to treat and subject to acceptance by La Vita Healing. Orders are confirmed only once dispatch confirmation has been sent via email. Payments are charged at the time of order placement.
10. Discount Codes
Discount codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
11. Gift Vouchers
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift vouchers. Delivery of electronic vouchers is subject to correct email entry and factors beyond our control.
12. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours unless stated otherwise. Delivery delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details are outside our responsibility.
13. Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 7 days by emailing cathyc118@aol.com with your invoice number. Returned goods must be in original condition. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
14. Returns
Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Vita Healing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to La Vita Healing, if any.
